2013 Asia Super Showcase in Malaysia: Refund Method



Further to the re-scheduling of the 2013 Asia Super Showcase in Malaysia, as the joint organizers Marctensia Concerts and Universal Music Malaysia have yet to receive any confirmation from the artistes management, they have decided to proceed with the refund of the tickets before the announcement of the re-scheduled date of the show.

Ticket buyer(s) of the 2013 Asia Super Showcase in Malaysia may start to submit their refund application(s) starting 22 July 2013 till 22 August 2013. The refund payment will only be made to the ticket buyer(s) after the end of the refund submission and shall take within one month for the process. Refund will not be entertained if the request is made after the given refund period.

REFUND FOR OUTLET/MAIN OFFICE PURCHASE: 
Step 1: Download and fill in the ticket refund form.
Step 2: Mark a cross (by using marker pen) on the original ticket(s).
Step 3: Scan or take a photo on your NRIC / passport
 Step 4: Scan and email the refund form, original ticket(s) and NRIC/passport as mentioned above to assm2013.refund@gmail.com

 REFUND FOR INTERNET / CALL CENTRE PURCHASE: 
Step 1: Download and fill in the ticket refund form 
Step 2: For those who had collected the original ticket(s): Mark a cross (by using marker pen) on the original ticket(s). For those who haven’t collect the original ticket(s): Forward the confirmation email with order ID to the designated email stated in Step 4.
Step 3: Scan or take a photo on your NRIC / passport
Step 4: Scan and email all the refund form, original ticket(s) or confirmation email and NRIC/passport as mentioned above to assm2013.refund@gmail.com

 REFUND FOR VIP TICKET(S) PURCHASE: 
Step 1: Download and fill in the ticket refund form
 Step 2: For those who had collected the original VIP ticket(s): Mark a cross (by using marker pen) on the original VIP ticket(s). For those who haven’t collect the original VIP ticket(s): Forward the confirmation email with the official receipt to the designated email stated in Step 4.
Step 3: Scan or take a photo on purchaser’s NRIC / passport
 Step 4: Scan and email the refund form, original ticket(s) or official receipt and NRIC/passport as mentioned above to assm2013.refund@gmail.com


 Note: Any inaccuracy/incomplete submission of the refund application shall delay the refund process.
