will.i.am will be unveiling his new solo album ‘#willpower’ on April 22nd, and prior to its official release, he revealed the track “Gettin’ Dumb” on Youtube. The electro and upbeat song features 2NE1 and fellow Black Eyed Peas member apl.de.ap.
