CROSS GENE holds event to celebrate Japanese debut

Multinational group CROSS GENE held an event to mark their Japanese debut at Tokyo’s Diver City Tokyo Plaza on March 14.

During the event, CROSS GENE sang their Japanese debut song “Shooting Star”, which ranked 12th on Oricon Daily Chart following its release on March 13, and two other songs, including their Korean debut song “La-Di Da-Di”. The group presented fans with heart-shaped marshmallows in celebration of White Day.

CROSS GENE said, “We will work hard to give great performances to reward fans for their support. We six members, who are united in one dream, want to be top in the world, and not just in Asia.”

“Shooting Star”, the group’s Japanese debut, was first released in its Korean version through i-Tunes on March 5 and then ranked first in music charts in five countries, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
