Block B to perform with British star Alexandra Burke


According to Block B’s management, the group will be holding a collaboration stage with Alexandra Burke during 2012 H-Artistry on November 3rd.

Alexandra Burke is the season five winner of Britain’s famous audition program ‘The X Factor’ and made her debut through the program’s judge and music producer Simon Cowell.

Her debut single, a remake of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”, sold 105,000 copies on the day of its release setting a record in Europe and went on to sell over 10 million copies in just 20 days.

Block B is also showing much potential in the world market as their first studio album, Blockbuster, which includes their self-written song “Nillili Mambo” ranked within the top ten on Billboard’s world album chart.

Block B’s reps said the latest event is focused on collaborations between artists of different genres and the expression of various types of art, adding that international fans have shown much interest in the collaboration between Block B and Alexandra Burke as soon as it was announced.

2012 H-Artistry is a global music party hosted by world leading cognac house Hennessy. In the past, pop stars like Ne-yo and Flo Rida have taken part in the event.
