‘Gangnam Style’ Heroine, Hyuna, is coming back as a Hip Hop Female Warrior (or Dominatrix).
Hyuna will be releasing her 2nd mini album on the 17th, which is after 15 months of hiatus since her last release of ‘Bubble Pop’ last July. Title track, ‘Ice-Cream’ is a song produced by Brave Brothers, and it is known that this song will possess a strong Hip Hop vibe.
A representative from Cube Entertainment expressed, “We are planning to show a new Hip Hop Female Warrior look with Hyuna’s strong performance and rap.”
Towards Hyuna’s activities this time round, responses have been hot. Previous release, ‘Bubble Pop’ was recorded a total of 36 million clicks on Youtube in just 10 days after the MV was released. She, too, has further gained fame in and out of Korea after appearing on PSY’s ‘Gangnam Style’ MV.
Teaser image which was released on the 10th, has heighten fans’ curiosity. Some male fans have even stronger anticipation towards her comeback after seeing the teaser image. According to Cube Entertainment, just like the melting ice-cream, it evokes our sweet yet provocative imagination.
