Actress Goo Hye Sun sued a netizen for spreading false rumors about her.
On September 28, Goo Hye Sun tweeted, “If you spread groundless rumors, you may be punished,” and attached a screen shot of the rumor she was referring to.
The screen shot reads, “Goo Hye Sun filmed a movie in the past, where she had apparently thought Mary, the mother of Jesus, was the same Mary as Mary Magdalene, the prostitute.”
Goo Hye Sun responded against her alleged ignorance, “I have already taken legal action against those that have started such false rumors and lies.” She added, “Any additional rumors that come up may also be punished.”
As of now, the tweet has since been deleted with a legal block on it, preventing the public from viewing it.
