Super Junior member Donghae’s fans have shown their love by donating a total of five tons of rice on the idol’s behalf. From September 3 to 5, the five tons of rice were donated to the Seung Il Hope Foundation which helps provide support for patients suffering Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
The rice were donated by the fans to support Donghae and his latest Channel A drama ‘Miss Panda and Hedgehog’. It was collected and delivered during the drama’s press conference by thousands of fans from Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Mexico.
Donghae’s fans have been making continuous donations in Donghae’s name, and their participation in good causes is becoming a hot issue among the public. With this donation, a total of 146 families were able to receive the rice over the past couple of days.
