London’s Heathrow Airport crowded because of CNBLUE!

CNBLUE‘s first visit to the United Kingdom was greeted with 400 fans at the airport.

On Sept 21, CNBLUE officials said,“CNBLUE arrived at the London’s Heathrow airport at around 6.40 PM local time. There were about 400 fans waiting for their arrival at the terminal. Having failed to disguise themselves, CNBLUE were both glad and shocked to see the amount of fans there and to hear their cheers.”

CJ & EM, the organizer of the London concert said that they did not even expect such reaction at the airport, hence getting CNBLUE out of the exit was a bit of a struggle due to the large number of crowds.

The officials added, “About one hour before the arrival time, there were only about 50 fans waiting for CNBLUE. However the number increased to around 400 when they landed at Heathrow,” adding that this might due to the quick information sharing via SNS (Twitter).

CNBLUE through their agency stated,“We are thankful to the fans, and very happy but at the same time we are also a bit dazed. We did not expect to receive this kind of welcome.”

FNC Entertainment also said,“This is CNBLUE’s first ever visit to the Europe. Based on the reactions we’ve seen on SNS such as Twitter and YouTube, to some extent we did not expect much. However, the local atmosphere was different, and this is more than what we expected.”

US’ M-Live and AEG became partners again to bring “CNBLUE in London”  and all 3,000 seats for the band’s first concert were sold out.
