Psy sits atop the Billboard’s K-Pop Hot 100 for two weeks


Talented singer Psy, who made a major wave with addictive “Gangnam Style”, held tight of its crown for two weeks on the Billboard’s K-Pop Hot 100 Chart.

In the Billboard’s latest chart update, Psy’s “Gangnam Style” managed to stay on top of the charts for the week of August 11, 2012. In addition, two of his tracks stayed on the top 10, with “Passionate Goodbye” (Ft. Sung Si Kyung) and “What Should Have Been” (Ft. Park Jung Hyun) in 8th and 9th place respectively.

SISTAR’s “Loving U” jumped back up on the second spot, while BoA made a big leap from 12th place to third with self-composed track “Only One”. CNBLUE Jonghyun’s “My Love” dropped down to 4th place and T-ara’s “Day by Day” at 5th.

2NE1’s “I Love You” claimed the 6th spot, B2ST’s latest title track “Beautiful Night” debuted at the 7th spot and wrapping up the top 10 are IU and labelmate girl group FIESTAR with collaborative track, “Sea of Moonlight”.
