B.A.P’s “No Mercy” tops German music charts

Following its popularity on music charts in Taiwan, rookie group B.A.P’s first mini-album “No Mercy” has topped a weekly music chart in Germany.

On August 21st, TS Entertainment, B.A.P’s agency, reported that “No Mercy” topped the Asian music chart in Germany, issued on August 18, beating all famous Asian singers’ songs. The song has managed to surpass current hits like Psy’s “Gangnam Style”, as well as those by B2ST, Super Junior, 2NE1, JYJ’s Junsu, and other popular Japanese artists.

B.A.P only made its debut this year, but that hasn’t stopped the six-member boy band from making its mark in K-pop worldwide. According to the chart, B.A.P is the only new group to top the chart this year and the second new group to top the chart after the music chart was founded in 2009.
