B1A4 to hold talent donation concert
Idol group B1A4 will be holding their first talent donation concert.
On September 1, B1A4 will hold a concert to donate their talent at the Central Market in Wonju. The event was created as a form of celebrity marketing to help traditional markets sustain themselves in the face of competition with chain supermarkets and local convenience stores.
For four hours, the group will perform while making its way around the market to take part in the traditional Korean grocery shopping experience. They will perform their hit songs such as “Beautiful Target” and “Baby I’m Sorry”.
B1A4 commented, “We don’t have all that much to offer, but it’s such an honor to be able to contribute our talent to help out the community. As we are of the age of convenience stores and supermarkets, we hope to act as good ambassadors about markets to our peers.”
Other entertainers to have represented traditional markets include U-Kiss, Jang Yoon Jung and Song Dae Kwan.
