With hot K-Pop comebacks left and right this summer, solo female singers Son Dambi and Ailee will be making a change of plans. Initially planning on dropping new track around mid-August, both singers have pushed back their comeback dates due to unexpected circumstances.
Son Dambi’s representative stated on July 24th, “Nothing’s set in stone, but a comeback for mid-August is unlikely. We’re thinking it’ll be more around early September, depending on how the production ends.”
Ailee was also on track to make a comeback with a mini-album in August, but the rookie vocal powerhouse will be focusing on her TV activities, live performances and other events instead. The rookie vocalist’s agency explained, “Though we haven’t decided on an exact date, the production of the comeback album is going well.”
