MBLAQ’s Lee Joon revealed that he wants to take on the role of a murderer.
On July 2, Lee Joon attended the VIP screening of the movie ‘The Raven’ at COEX Megabox Theatre to support director James McTeigue, who had given him his first acting opportunity through the movie ‘Ninja Assassin.’
During the conference, Lee Joon was asked which roles he would choose to play among The Raven’s roles between writer, investigator and serial killer. The MBLAQ member answered, “The role of a writer has a certain appeal, but I want to play the role of a murderer.”
“Not just to act superficially, but, to be able to interpret the character in a unique way and be my own psychopath seems like a strong role I'd want to try”, he explained.
On this day, video messages from director James McTeigue to Rain and Lee Joon were also shown before the screening of the movie.
