Actor Ki Tae Young will be joining f(x)’s Sulli and SHINee’s Minho in the upcoming SBS TV series, ‘To the Beautiful You’.
Ki Tae Young has landed himself the role of Jang Min Woo, a mysterious doctor in the Physical Education high school medical room where Kang Tae Joon (played by Minho) and Goo Jae Hee (played by Sulli) attends. He becomes the first person to discover that Goo Jae Hee, who disguises herself as a boy, is actually a girl.
However, Jang Min Woo doesn’t reveal this truth and takes care of Goo Jae Hee and Kang Tae Joon (Minho) like their guardian angel. He is an important character that gives the two help every time they need it.
The producers from the show explained that Ki Tae Young has the charisma and smooth image which will help him well depict Jang's character.
‘To the Beautiful You’ is the Korean adaptation drama of the popular Japanese comic “Hanazakari no Kimitachi e” also known as “Hana Kimi” which will begin running in August.
