[NEWS] Gong Yoo becomes the “Chemi King”


Actor Gong Yoo has been dubbed as the new “Chemi-King”!

Gong Yoo who was recently casted in KBS 2TV drama ‘Big’ with Lee Min Jung, is currently getting a lot of compliments for his great acting.

“Chemi-King” stands for “king of chemistry” which means an actor or actress who is compatible with the opposing actor or actress in a drama. Gong Yoo became the new “Chemi-King” because of his great match with his female partners.

The actor has played the role of Tae-in, who loved Bori (Gong Hyo-jin) a woman 6 years older than him in ‘Biscuit Teacher And Star Candy’ and was a match made in heaven in the MBC drama ‘One Fine Day’ with Sung Yuri.

He was even suspected of being in a real relationship with Yoon Eun Hye, the actress he starred in the MBC 2007 drama ‘Coffee Prince’. He was in a scandal with actress Im Soo-jung whom he starred in the movie ‘Finding Mr. Destiny’ with.
