[NEWS] Big Bang to embark on China Concert Tour
Big Bang will be bringing its mega global concert to China for the first time.
Big Bang’s management agency, YG Entertainment, has confirmed that Big Bang will hold three performances in China. The first will be at Shanghai’s Mercedes Benz Center on July 21st, then at the Guangzhou International Sports Arena on July 28th and finally in Beijing’s Master Card Center on August 4th.
The upcoming concert tour in China is part of Big Bang’s World Tour 2012 Big Show-Alive that kicked off in Korea in March. A YG representative said Big Bang has enjoyed popularity in China, but the string of upcoming concerts will be the first promotional event there. He added that Big Bang will be showing off what they’ve got to the Chinese audience through the live performances.
Big Bang’s world tour was held in Korea and five Japanese cities earlier this year and will move on to Singapore in September, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan in October, the U.S., Peru and Brazil in November and Hong Kong in December.
