It has been revealed that rookie actress Jung Ahyul has passed away.
A reprepresentative from Jung Ahyul’s agency stated on June 14, the actress hung herself in her home on the 12th. Although she was rushed to the hospital, Jung Ahyul didn’t make it and was pronounced dead. The police are currently investigating other possible causes and exact reason for her death.
According to Jung Ahyul’s acquaintances, the actress was suffering from depression, which may have led her to take her own life.
The 25-year old Jung Ahyul had just started on her career, having previously appeared in KBS’s “Love, Love”. Her sudden death has shocked her family, friends and entertainment industry.
